What Is Flat Frog Blog?

Flat Frog Blog is a blog about emerging technology and trends as they appear online and in real life.  My goal is to bring together some of the information that I find inspiring and useful.  Topics may include ecommerce, design, usability, marketing, and brain science.

Who Is The Author?

Erin Jo Richey is an interactive marketing professional focusing on ecommerce, usability, and web analytics.  She also helps small businesses with internet marketing  and ecommerce needs through the creative consultancy Flat Frog Design.  You can see more of what she does on LinkedIn.  Erin is originally from Medford, Oregon.  She currently lives in Portland, like to shop at farmer’s markets, and she does not own a bike.

Erin has a degree in Cognitive Science from Occidental College, where she also studied psychology, literature, and dance.  During college Erin did research on perceptions of worth and demeaning in menial work and conducted a serious of psycholinguistic studies exploring visual word recognition in Italian-English and Spanish-English bilinguals.
